‍We are not responsible for covering the return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon inspection of the return we will process the exchange and you will be sent a confirmation email.

An order cannot be cancelled, if you are eligible for a refund, the funds will be fully returned back to the customer, minus a 10% shipping fee.

Customers bear the risks that products may endure damage once dispatched by Amadeo, although we will try our utmost best to prevent this by ensuring safe and secure packaging. Once the product is dispatched by our trusted carrier we absolve ourselves of all responsibility towards loss or damage of your order. Responsibility is passed onto the customer with immediate effect, we will assist you in recovering lost items but are not held responsible for errors occured by our trusted courier (Royal Mail).

If any provision of these general terms and conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale remain fully applicable to anyone using this site or purchasing our products. These terms and conditions will be referred to and enforced to the full extent of the law.

We do not offer refunds for purchases unless the customer can provide proof of defect that is the fault of Amadeo, in the case of a product being defected, we ask that you provide proof in an email to admin@officialamadeo.uk which should include a picture of the defect, this must be within 14 days of the delivery date. Following this we will determine if the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund, in which we will respond by email within one business day. The condition of the item must be unworn with all its original packaging and tags, and the COA must be intact.
